		<description>Doug, great post. I think this is the best, most comprehensive summary of the root-issues I&#039;ve read to date.  I&#039;ve been reviewing this post section by section in-detail, and I think you may have a typo or freudian slip in your First Ammendment section.

As much as I&#039;d like the Constituion to protect me from government citizenship, I think you may have meant to write, &quot;government censorship&quot;.

Let me know if this is the case, or if there is some other meaning here that I am over-looking.
