		<description>This is my 2nd encounter of the four model COBRA subsidy notices just today. I think it&#039;s great that COBRA has 65% to be paid for by the government for certain qualifying clients. As we all know, as if being laid off wasn&#039;t bad enough, health insurance gets even more expensive! I think with its new provisions, COBRA is the perfect way to keep it.</description>
