Thanks so much for spreading the word on our LegalTech 2009 session.  There is a great deal of promise in Web 2.0 tools.  By finding examples of how the tools can improve familiar processes and then discussing the concrete benefits to be gained, we demystify the technology and make it possible for decision makers within our organizations to actually contemplate using the tools.
